The language is food and Okonomiyaki is still one of my favorites. It’s a (お好み焼き) is a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning “what you like” or “what you want”, and yaki meaning “grilled” or “cooked”. [read more]

Try my favorite Okonomiyaki Special at Kagura in Little Tokyo. Makati. They are open Tuesday to Sunday, lunch service at 11:30 am – 3:00 pm and dinner service at 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm
(Note: Closed on Mondays).
